Adjustable pre-load settings (via Two-Buttons on Unit) allow the rider to customize six (7) settings making shifts seamless and smooth versus "switch units" which can be harsh: 1. Cut Time ("T"), 2. Minimum Downshift RPM ("RL"), 3. Downshift Speed ("SL"), 4. Upshift Pre-Load ("L"), 4. Minimum RPM Limit ("SR"), 5. Downshift Timing ("TS"), 6. Downshift Pre-Load ("LS"), 7. Push or Pull ("CE").

Low Maintenance - Your Speedcell battery arrives fully charged & performance load tested, ready for use. No maintenance charge is required to maintain capacity of your Speedcell battery as long as your motorcycles charging circuit (stator and voltage regulator) are in good working order. To counter the affects of parasitic draw over long periods of inactivity / storage, we recommend that you simply disconnect your Speedcell battery until you are ready to ride again. No other action or again maintenance charge is required. In a disconnected state, Speedcell batteries have a shelf life of 10 years.
Safety - In the event of a faulty charging (over charge or over discharge) issue Speedcell batteries are designed to prevent or reduce the chances of thermal runaway through circuit interruption. In addition our custom housings are constructed of flame retardant materials to further reduce fire hazards due to the events associated with thermal runaway.
Toolless Integration - Every Speedcell comes equipped with our Quick Disconnect System which has no exposed conventional terminal posts. This prevents any possibility of dead shorting, making the Battery safer than those with exposed terminals and allows for the rapid toolless connection and disconnection of the Battery. This type of connection is not vulnerable to vibration and therefore is a more reliable and secure connection than those found on a traditional terminal post setup.

Designed by EDR, these cables bridge between your battery and the stock negative ground terminal, allowing you to disconnect them quickly and easily when the bike is sitting for long periods. No longer will you have to deal with the infamous negative drain these bikes are prone to having! Made from very high quality connectors and thick gauge cables these stow away neatly!
Also comes with a thicker gauge wire pre-cut to length for your starter motor. These are much stronger at holding current and don't cause as much voltage drop during startup, putting less stress on the R1's battery.

This is a mail-in or walk in service. You can simply bring us or send us your ECU and we reflash it to our custom specifications along with what your application may require. Our turn around time is typically 48 hours or less (during business days). Please note, anyone can "flash" your ecu, we actually do more than almost any other shop in the country along with the fact we actually have and use a Dyno to develop our ECU specs and settings! We can also on some models include a perfectly match fuel map to work with your specific exhaust (call or email for details) We also offer full customer support via email or phone after the flash. In addition we offer a free 30 day changes and or adjustments that you may need. We can return the ECU to stock if needed, free of charge as well.
These flashed ECU maps are the very same ones we use on our championship-winning bikes! We have multiple national championships, numerous overall club championships and thousands of individual class championships along with multiple track records! Our work on the dyno and race track translates to you the customer getting the very best ECU flash available!
